Delivery and Return

When you place an order with Duotool . Goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days (as standard). Normally Faster . We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service please ask your rep for details when you place an order to see if this service is available to the area in which you live.

Duotool endeavours to deliver your goods in perfect condition in the event of goods arriving damaged or broken please ensure you call a member of our customer services dept upon receipt so we can solve the problem quickly . Please ensure goods are checked in full on receipt . If you receive goods which you are not happy with for whatever reason and you wish to return them then this must be done at the customers cost . Upon receipt of the goods in their original packaging and unused a Credit / refund will be raised but only for the value of the original goods not for any Carriage which may have been incurred for their return .
